Website Cookie Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

This policy explains how Kendan Group LTD (T/A FUZE) ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, what each one does, and how you can control them. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.

Who we are

Kendan Group LTD is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14305629. Our registered office is 11 Ducketts Wharf, Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, England, CM23 3AR. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the controller of the personal data collected through the cookies we set. You can contact us about this policy at hello@wearefuze.co.uk.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device when you visit. They let the site remember things, such as whether you have accepted cookies, or tell the site owner how pages are used.

Websites can also use similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, or scripts that read information from your device. In this policy we call all of these "cookies".

Some cookies are set by us (first-party cookies). Others are set by another company whose service we use on our site (third-party cookies).

The law we follow

We use cookies in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. Under these rules we need your consent before we store or read any cookie that is not strictly necessary to provide the website or a service you have asked for.

How we ask for your consent

When you first visit, a banner asks which cookies you are happy for us to use. You can:

  • Accept all - allow analytics and marketing cookies
  • Reject all - allow only essential cookies
  • Manage preferences - switch analytics and marketing on or off separately

Analytics and marketing cookies are off until you switch them on. Rejecting them does not stop you using any part of the site.

You can change your mind at any time. Click the Cookies tab at the bottom left of any page to reopen your settings. If you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics and marketing cookies that were set on our domain.

We save your choice for 12 months. After that, or if we change the cookies we use, we will ask you again.

The cookies we use

Essential cookies

These cookies make the site work, keep it secure and remember your cookie choice. The law does not require consent for them, and you cannot switch them off in our banner. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the site, such as our contact form, may then stop working.

Name: CraftSessionId

Set by: FUZE

Purpose: Keeps your session working as you move between pages.

Expires: When you close your browser

Name: CRAFT_CSRF_TOKEN

Set by: FUZE

Purpose: Protects our forms against cross-site request forgery, a type of attack.

Expires: When you close your browser

Name: cookieConsent

Set by: FUZE

Purpose: Records your cookie choices and when you made them, so we don't ask on every page.

Expires: 12 months

Spam protection on our contact form. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that contact form submissions come from a person, not an automated bot. When you view the contact form, Turnstile runs a check in your browser and receives technical information, such as your IP address and browser details. Cloudflare says Turnstile does not use cookies for this check. We rely on it to keep the form secure. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice.

Analytics cookies (only with your consent)

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how many people visit the site, which pages they look at and how they arrived. This helps us improve the site. Google Analytics gives us aggregated reports. It does not tell us who you are.

Name: _ga

Set by: Google Analytics

Purpose: Tells one visitor apart from another, so that visits can be counted.

Expires 2 years

Name: _ga_W8ZJBBJHBJ

Set by: Google Analytics

Purpose: Keeps track of the current visit.

Expires: 2 years

Marketing cookies (only with your consent)

These cookies help us measure whether our advertising works, for example whether someone who clicked one of our Google ads went on to contact us. They also let Google show you more relevant ads on other websites.

Name: _gcl_au

Set by: Google Ads

Purpose: Links visits to the site with clicks on our Google ads, so we can measure conversions.

Expires: 90 days

Name: IDE, and others

Set by: Google (doubleclick.net)

Purpose: Used by Google to show and measure ads across websites, and to limit how often you see the same ad.

Expires: 13 months

Google Consent Mode. We use Google Consent Mode to pass your choices to Google's tags. If you reject analytics or marketing cookies, Google's tags don't set or read cookies for those purposes. They may still send Google basic information without cookies, such as the fact that a page was viewed, your browser type and an approximate time. Google uses this to estimate overall figures without identifying you. [Delete this paragraph if Consent Mode is set to "basic" in Tag Manager, because tags then send nothing until you consent.]

Embedded videos

Some pages show videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo. We embed them in privacy-friendly ways:

  • YouTube videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube says it doesn't store information to personalise your viewing until you play a video. After a video plays, YouTube may set cookies and use your browser's local storage, for example to remember player settings and to detect abuse. These include VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE (around 6 months), YSC (until you close your browser) and local storage entries beginning yt-.
  • Vimeo videos use Vimeo's "do not track" setting, which stops Vimeo collecting viewing analytics. Vimeo may still set essential cookies needed for the player to work and to protect against abuse, such as __cf_bm (30 minutes).

The background video on our home page plays automatically. If it is hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, those services may set the cookies above when the page loads.

See Google's privacy policy and Vimeo's cookie policy for more.

Other third-party services

These services don't set cookies through our site, but your browser contacts their servers, so they receive technical information such as your IP address:

  • Adobe Fonts supplies the fonts on our site. Adobe says it does not set cookies when serving fonts. See Adobe's Fonts privacy notice.
  • Mailchimp (Intuit) runs our newsletter sign-up and SEO health check forms. If you use these forms, the details you enter go to Mailchimp. Pages with the SEO health check form also load Mailchimp's form scripts and styles. See Intuit's privacy statement.

Data sent outside the UK

Google, Cloudflare, Vimeo, Adobe and Mailchimp may process data in the United States and other countries. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (the "UK-US data bridge"), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another safeguard approved under UK law.

Controlling cookies in your browser

As well as using our banner, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Here's how in the most common browsers:

You can also stop Google Analytics on every website by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To control personalised Google ads, go to My Ad Center.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if we change the cookies we use. The date at the top shows when we last changed it. If the change affects what you have agreed to, we will ask for your consent again.
